Effective no later than June 1, 2021, Sierra Chart will be discontinuing all support for the Transact trading service in newer and existing versions. All market data feeds that Sierra Chart provides for Transact users will be shut down at that time. All Sierra Chart users using Transact with a Sierra Chart account through Transact, can continue to use that very same account with any of our other supported Data and Trading services. You are able to pay directly for Sierra Chart with that account and login independently. If you require your password, just contact us here on this Support Board and we will send you a password reset message. You can run Sierra Chart using the Sierra Chart shortcut on your desktop. Or run Sierra Chart from this location: C:\SierraChart\SierraChartTransactMA\SierraChart_64.exe You will need to migrate to one of our other supported services: Supported Data and Trading Services We are also working on new Service Packages for Sierra Chart which will include the high-performance, and very advanced, Denali exchange data feed. This data feed goes well beyond anything that Transact offers. These new service packages will overall provide a better value for the Denali data. These we expect will be out, next week along with further details about them.
