Hello John, so i can have everything billed from amp, order routing fees and exchange fees if i understand it correct? so i should make the setup for sierra chart deniali with TT-W(fix) on the setup form at amp now,and not choose any echange,then on 1. Jan i make a new form with the exchange i need,is this correct? TY |
