Check to make sure you are not out of disk space. That seems to be cause of these kind of issues. Otherwise, the file is called Sierra3.cfg and is located in your main installation folder for Sierra Chart (typically this would be C:\Sierra Chart). We would like to see that file, so attach it to this thread using these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching a File (Optional) Then use one of the backup files in place of that one.
