We had a change to the symbols, so there are now old symbols and new symbols when using the SC Data - All Services service. Refer to the information here: Important Update: "SC Data-All Services" Symbol Cleanup The symbol RB?##-NYMEX is the "new" symbol. You have to be sure to be using either all New or all Old in your Charts, or there will be a conflict and you will not be able to download the data. It sounds like you have the old symbol being used in another chart somewhere. The easiest way to resolve this is to select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will change all the symbols to the "new" format.
