Are you saying that you right-click on an existing Rectangle and then select "Copy and Move Drawing" and as you are moving it, it is changing size? We are unable reproduce this particular set of steps. If you are doing something different, please let us know exactly what you are doing. Also, be aware of the various "zones" when right-clicking on a Highlight Drawing that affect Move versus Modify.
