You can only be getting data on one computer at a time. Make sure the Sierra Chart software is not running on the other computer.

Given the above, if you still have a problem, then post your Message Log here following these instructions:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
