When using the new symbols, for each particular symbol, you can either use the new format or the old format you cannot use both. Using both will create a conflict. We also see you are using sub instances which does complicate this. Among all your instances of Sierra Chart for a particular symbol, futures market like the ES, you must consistently use either the new format or the old format. After any changes you have to reconnect to the data feed in all instances.: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers At this point, we think it is best not to use the new format anywhere if you are having trouble. We want you to go back to the old symbol format everywhere you have changed symbols. Do not use the new format. Unless you can use it consistently among all your instances of Sierra Chart you will have a problem. Go among all of your charts and anywhere you have changed symbols and use the old symbol format.
