We see that you have connected to your trading account and therefore the verification of your status for the CME Group has been updated. Therefore, you should be getting Real-Time data for your Denali Data.

The "SIM" that you would see in the upper-left corner has nothing to do with the data. That is Trade Simulation Mode. You can find more about here:

Also, in order to know if you are getting the Sierra Chart data or not, you will see a "[M]" following the symbol name in the Chart Header. Refer to the information towards the bottom of this section:
