You can still use Rithmic, and we are in discussions with them about a new implementation, so things have changed a little. If you want to use Rithmic, then just be sure you have the updated Bridge files. You can get them here: Rithmic Bridge Files Otherwise, you would need to select the exchanges that are marked as Professional or for Users Without a Trading Account.
