Hi, I'm using the 14 day trial version of Sierra chart. I really like the software, very customizable, but I have problems with it stalling, sometimes charts and DOM freezes for a second, and when it's really bad it freezes up to 45 seconds. I can still move the mouse and do stuff on the computer, it's just the charts and DOM that freezes, so I guess it's something to do with the data feed. It makes no difference if I have 1 or 6 charts up or which symbols it is. It can be good for a while, and then suddenly it gets terrible again. The problem comes and goes, and I don't notice any difference if I have other programs running on the computer or not. I never have any problems with other platforms or programs that I use on my computer and I have a very fast internet connection. Any reasons what could cause this problem? Which data feed provider do I get during the trial, is it sierras own data feed? best regards |
