Regarding post #7, it is so clear you have an Internet connectivity issue. How many symbols are you tracking? There is data being buffered on the server for you for up to 5562328 bytes. The data is just not getting through to you. This is not a Sierra Chart data feed problem. It is an Internet connectivity issue to your system. That is abundantly clear. Once the public Internet is involved, there can be all kinds of issues with delays, and the data feed stopping. These are not problems with the data feed source. Is it possible to switch to the Barchart feed for CME? This is not relevant to the matter. There is a lot more bandwidth requirement for the symbols you are tracking on the CME as compared to EUREX.
The Barchart feed for Eurex was fine again. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
