I'm aware of support policy not to review video files, I leave this here for my own reference and with the observation that COMEX products e.g. GC continued to update during the lag issue, I do not know if that is relevant. Other CME group products were frozen, all Eurex products continued to update. Understand that you can't troubleshoot specific buffering/packet loss issues over the public Internet.
