Hi User154345, for a user that does not have a Futures Trading Account, he / she falls into the Professional Category due to the CME's definition of Professional versus Non-Professional.

Part of the CME Non-Professional Definition:
"The Non-Professional Subscriber must:
a. have an active and funded futures trading account;
b. be an individual, natural person or small business entity"
