but looks like there is some delay. also i am not able see bid and ask values in footprint charts for stocks The reason for this has to do with a problem with the Symbol Settings.We first want you to update Sierra Chart to the current version: Software Download: Fast Update And then update the symbol settings: Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings And then disable the use of custom symbol settings values: Global Symbol Settings: Use Custom Symbol Settings Values (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings) Finally after all of this, re-download the intraday data for the stock symbols: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. ---- You are not subscribed to any Futures data. Therefore, you would only be getting the Delayed Streaming data for the CME Group, or historical data for other Futures exchanges.
