First, please understand that these restrictions are put in place by the exchanges themselves and we are only following their rules. Second, we do not have a simple method to have the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed on a second computer. The only way that really works is to have a second Sierra Chart account and then have the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active for both accounts. We do give a discount if this is the way you go. Refer to this section of the documentation and note last paragraph in this section: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#Connections Last, the Denali Exchange Data Feed, which offers the CME Group of exchanges, does have a method to have 2 computers connected to the data feed, by having you pay for a second set of exchange fees. Refer to the information here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connections ---- Not sure why you need to use more than one computer at the same time, other than to have another computer available as a backup. So the best thing is to try to use a single computer. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
