In regards to post #30, we think the problem that you are having is that you are using a Sierra Chart account provided by AMP which will not be allowed to connect to a Rithmic introducing broker other than AMP.

But then again the error message you are getting does not seem to confirm what we are saying. So there may be some other issue.

In any case, you do need a direct account in your case. Which you actually have posted this message with. We have activated that for a few days so you can test. So make sure you log into Sierra Chart with that account:

Also this is no longer necessary:
after they did the primary fix of reinstalling Sierra with the appropriate box checked for additional files,
since the bridge files are no longer provided with Sierra Chart. They are in this thread instead.
