Please use the Force Login option to ensure that the system is getting the correct information from our servers. We are not seeing the Real-Time Denali Feed listed at the top of the Message Log. Refer to the information here:

Separately, we noticed that for your Denali Exchange Data Feed you have both the "Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professionals" and the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professionals" enabled. You do not need both of these, as the first one contains the latter. Make sure you Deactivate whichever one you do not want to renew for next month.
