I've read the directions but still can not figure out why there is a problem. When I open Sierra Charts for the first time, the cart will have a time displaying 09:30:00-16:00:00 but as soon as a change the symbol then the starting time on the chart still shows 13:00:00. I've attached a picture of my settings.
