You need to reset the Symbol Settings following the steps under Full Reset of Symbol Settings here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings After the symbols are reset and the list is repopulated, reopen the Charts through File >> Find Symbol.
