I am trying to connect Sierra Chart to an Interactive Brokers paper trading / simulation account to ensure that connectivity works well before I switch to live trading. I followed the steps listed and the account is connected. I have also ensured that "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" box is ticked and followed through with "Translate Symbols to Current Service". I get the following error messages: (1) "Symbol Settings not found for symbol. Unable to build continuous futures contract" (2) Historical data not subscribed for (this message is from IB) - I shouldn't be getting this message since I am using Sierra Chart Data Feeds. Kindly help. Thank you. |
