First of all, you need to be using these commands directly from the Tools menu at the top of the chart to get the numbers to display in the way that you are suggesting. If you are selecting Move Drawing from the right-click menu, then the numbers will not display. Second, if you are selecting Tools >> Move Drawing from the menu and not seeing the numbers, then the only thing we can think is that perhaps the font for your drawing tools is so small that you are not seeing the numbers.
