One of the problems is that you are receiving 10 minute delayed data. You should not notice any more of a delay than that. Certainly not 20 minutes or an hour. So if that is the case we need to understand why that would be happening for you. Not sure at this time.

To get the real-time data, follow the instructions below.

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
