All of you are using "Rithmic"! If the issue is with Rithmic understand we no longer provide support for Rithmic. Refer to:
Technical Help for Rithmic is Now Discontinued as of December 1, 2019.

Users should pay attention to what we say. And the reason why we make these decisions. We make them for very good reason. You should not be using Rithmic if you want reliable services. If we have no confidence in it, you should not either. You are using an interface which has not been maintained now for years. It makes no sense to be using Rithmic unless you are doing simulated trading .

You will need to switch to one of these two services:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service (if you are trading the CME group of markets)

Or CQG:
CQG Trading Platform Service
(If you are trading CME and other exchanges, or other exchanges)

If you are not using Rithmic then start a new post about the issue you are having, and tell us what External Trading service you are using.
