To get real-time data for this premium symbol ESM20-$INX requires both the cash index exchange and the futures exchange on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You do not have the futures exchange and that exchange is now only available on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. However, those premium symbols are now considered the older method of how to do premiums.
