The reason would be incorrect Symbol Settings for the ESM20-$INX. However, you cannot real-time data for either of those. Since you do not have the proper exchange authorizations on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. But those premium symbols are now considered the older method of how to do premiums.
