IDK what happened but your alerts are BROKEN. They used to always work, now it's hit and miss. This is a 20-0 Reversal chart with number bars. You can clearly see that the price went below the line and CROSSED it. No alert. I didn't get a email and the line did not turn black. No sound. This is causing me to miss trades and miss profit. Please investigate this. You can see that it took a bar to break the alert BY ALOT to actually trigger it. That's alert5 image.
