Thank you, thats clear, but I have sent many other questions - actual issues that I encountered with last time, initially when signed up to the pro RT feeds. There is also a problem with the EUREX pro/non pro category selection. One of your colleagues promised to get back to me on Friday with the proper answers - I havent received any contact from him. May I ask you to reply to my support ticket with the answers instead of addressing my questions here? Thank you. |
