Hi, I am a european trader with a transactfutures account. Since Monday I have problems trading around 9:30 / 10:30 am, new york time (15:30 / 16:30 in Italy). The problem concerns connection issues, incorrect graphs, delays in graphs and inability to use the SC program during that specific hour. What can I do?
