There must be a logical solution to this. We want you to adjust the currency value per tick setting until you get a correct result: Chart Settings: Currency Value Per Tick (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) If you cannot, then there is some unknown detail related to this. We really do not know what it should be set to. This involves something which we lack knowledge about. We do not know how the profit/loss is calculated in the other program and all of the component details.
