I'm setting up with AMP (through Optimus) now, too. I wanted to keep the Sierra Chart software, Denali data feed, and exchange data fees billed directly through Sierra. On AMP's setup form, I originally told them not to set up a data feed for me. I explained to Optimus how I wanted to get set up, and this is what they said:

You would have actually needed to choose the Sierra Chart - TT-W (FIX) - $20 per month (SC-Daneli Exchange Data) on AMP's setup request form.

As the instructions imply, the first step of the process is to login to your Sierra Chart account and fill out the following form: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=SCOrderRoutingServiceTradingAccountAssignmentRequestForm

Clearing Firm Name: AMP Global Clearing
Introducing Broker: Optimus Futures

Sierra Chart does not actually contact us at all during this period. There is essentially communication between AMP, Sierra, and TT. If you did not choose the option or data on AMP's setup request form, there will essentially be nothing linking your platform back to your AMP account. If you need further assistance, I can fill out AMP's form for you so you can properly be configured. You are also more than welcome to fill out the form yourself if you are comfortable. Please let me know.

Based on that, I resubmitted AMP's setup form with the "Sierra Chart - TT-W (FIX)" option and the CME bundle checked. I'm pretty sure AMP is going to bill me for the data feed and exchange fees, but at this point I'd just like to get set up. I can sort out the data feed later, if necessary.
