I am very sorry - I thought I followed the instructions from the link but must not have clicked on the correct link (the Denali Link). When yo said you will sort this out - does that mean you will set up the Denali Feed for me or do yo want me to set it up? And do yo want me to deactivate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. I only activated it as a trial (I think). We have set the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed to not renew on your account. Next month the Denali exchange data feed will need to be activated.
