This thread should serve as a confirmation about our position in regards to Rithmic. Do to technical compatibility issues, the Rithmic interface is not maintained by us any longer. Therefore, there could be a situation that arises were simply the Rithmic service could not be used by users.

This is a risk we want to avoid and that is why Rithmic has been delisted from our website and we recommend users move to other supported services preferably our order routing service. As we have said both publicly and privately, using Rithmic with Sierra Chart is a risk. Perhaps that risk never comes. Probably not. But nevertheless it is irresponsible for us to not express that risk rather than keeping it private.

However, this problem has manifested. There has been more than one incident, where users just simply could not even access Rithmic due to connectivity problems, due to outdated connect points the bridge program has.
