I am completely sure that the problem is not on the Sierra Chart side, but I am also completely sure that the problem is not ONLY on the GAIN side. Why? Because with other platforms, Gain feed works perfectly, without issues (i.e. Jigsaw Daytradr). So a teamwork between Sierra and Gain engineers, fully colaborative (I am not telling this is not happening), should carry to a solution for hundreds of customers that have been using the solution for years. |
