how can I get it to download more data? I assumed (probably wrongly) that you were simply disconnected from the data feed, hence no new data, maybe I am wrong? I don't need data that is from the summer... just recent data You could just change the 'Max Number of Days to Download' https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DataSourceSettings.php#MaxHistoricalIntradayDaysToDownload use number of days also has the greyed out value as a date in August Yes, because it is the last date in the file and you can't change it.
