Dear Sirs, since you apparently solved my Denali data feed problem recurring this Monday, I had to restart my connection every day after the OverNight open at least once and even log in to my Interactive-Brokers credentials with Sierra to make the data feed start again.
But now even that doesn't seem to help. Could you please look into this?
I have asked on Monday for help from Raymond Matthew directly, too, but he wasn't the one who solve the issue on Monday. Was it you or did the issue just resolve itself then as well?
