My Denali feed doesn't work now on the 1st December. I have been logged in with Sierra for many hours, and still the Control Panel say I should connect to my Trading Account to get the Data.
Please also see our correspondence above in this thread from the 2nd November.
Please see screenshot attached.
Can you please fix this and explain ASAP?
