Question, is your focus the CME Group Exchanges (so CME, COMEX, NYMEX, and CBOT)? Right now you have signed up for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, but you have not activated any exchanges, so you have not completed the process. If you focus is within the CME Group (so CME, COMEX, NYMEX, and CBOT), you really should be on the Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed
