We can see that we activated the Denali exchange data feed on your account. And we see that you did add a credit of 25 USD for the data feed. Confirm you did receive the real-time data on Friday or if not, Sunday evening.

Remember, that I don't route my orders thru AMP or Sierra, but I have an independent Broker Account (Interactive Brokers), which is the very reason for why I could establish that there was a data delay during times of high volatility.
So you are not going to maintain an account at AMP? But instead Interactive Brokers?

If you will be using Interactive Brokers which is necessary to authorize the CME data, you will have to start paying for your Sierra Chart account directly rather than through AMP. Let us know so we can set this up for you. This is important so there are no interruptions.
