You are using an external service for the data feed. This is not something we can help with.

We can only recommend to check this particular setting to see if it is the reason for the problem:
Chart Settings: Maximum Market Depth Levels (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu)

If that does not help, then consider using this data feed instead:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

This data feed will give you 500 levels of depth.
