The Denali Exchange Data feed is new. And it is $20 a month plus exchange fees. If you want CME data, the exchange fee is 115.50 USD a month if you are considered a professional. And this does not include CBOT, NYMEX or COMEX. If a chart is not updating it would have to be one of the items here: Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart There is no other possibility. When you have the problem let us know and we can do a remote assistance session to look into it. Start a new support request on the Support Board about this at the time.
