In regards to post #1, this issue has been resolved and you need to update Sierra Chart to the latest version and that latest version does support trading with Transact. Instructions:

So there is no problem with updating and you are far better off. The websocket connection at this point in time is far more reliable than the bridge.

But if you do have any trouble connecting to Transact after updating , do refer to:
