There are two problems here. This one:

You must connect to your live trading account once a month:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

And the symbols you are using are CQG symbols and do not match the service you are using. You must translate them to the symbols for the service being used. Use this command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
(Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service)
