Drag&Drop is probably a Drawing Tool feature only.
Added new element without settings it and have automaticlly alert...I think that "no"... each new element has a new ID...Whether exist you can use UDID[#].A# look at this: Chart Drawing Tools: Chart Drawing Alerts Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-09-01 09:32:28
