This is what the documentation indicates to do in this particular case. The Trade Stats for Charts tab should not be relied upon to show your accurate position. It can be wrong because it has a dependency upon order fills and those could sometimes be missed for different kinds of conditions. Post #8: You need to uncheck 'Use CME Gateway for CBOT Symbols' and reconnect to the data feed. You may still see the Symbol is Unknown message continue to appear for up to 30 seconds even after unchecking that option and reconnecting. Disregard that. Post #9: Do not use the CBOT symbols.
