You'll need to set the 'Intraday Data Storage Time Unit' to 1 tick: Tick by Tick Data Configuration Once you have changed the setting, you'll need to delete existing data and redownload the 1 tick data: Edit Menu Edit Menu: Edit >> Delete All Data And Download Also, concerning IB data, note item #3 here: Tick by Tick Data Configuration: Instructions |
