We need to add more diagnostic logging to isolate the problem. This whole thing is very unusual. We have not seen a problem like this before.

We want you to update to the latest "Prerelease" following the instructions here:

This will be version 1969 but it will not be out for about 30 minutes. So wait about 30 minutes.

This new version has the additional logging for us.
