Hi,

Try to start my Sierra account for about 3 hour. In screen all the time Waiting to download historical data. Just updated Sierra to the new version! not able to trade now....!! That is NOT good!!

Normally I have to wait 15 minutes for Sierra to start up (also too long). But now it looks like nothing happens..

I contacted AMP and they don't know. Now I spend a lot of time in structure my charts. And they are stuck. only say Waiting to Download Historical Data.
