We assume that you can open the chartbooks, but that there is no data for the charts, therefore they are blank. In this case, once you have the Chartbook open, just select the option Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will update all the symbols in the chartbook to the proper format for your new service. Refer to the documentation here on this command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
