There are a few options available, but probably the easiest would be to add 4 versions of the Spreadsheet Formula study, where you set the Number of Bars to Calculate to 1. Then enter H, L, O, and C for the formulas into each study respectively.

The best way to then visualize the information is to set the Draw Style to Dash and the colors different for each study.

Then you can apply your Study/Price Overlay 4 times to get these onto the chart you want.
