This will be added for the Trading DOM in the next release. In the meantime, you mention the Type Text option, but that it moves. There is also the Stationary Text Drawing Tool which you can access from the Trading DOM chart menu. This will not move and we verified that. It can also be tied to the Price level at which it is drawn (it will move up and down with the prices, but not left and right with the time).
